Welcome to Connect, North West Regional College’s Alumni Association which has been established for former students (and staff) of Limavady College, North West Institute, and North West Regional College.
Officially established during the College’s 2010 Higher Education Graduation ceremony, Connect aims to keep members informed and up-to-date with the latest news and developments at North West Regional College, as well as providing incentives for the organisation of possible promotional or re-union style events, to enable members to catch-up with old friends and share College memories.
Connect will also enable the College to maintain links with its former students, as it is very keen to establish how former students have progressed with their professional careers and personal lives since leaving the College.
Although still in its infancy, Connect will act as a very useful resource for members and the College alike in order to share knowledge of one another, as well as acting as a forum on which to build relationships and friendships through formal and informal communication and events. The first issue of an annual ‘connect newsletter’ is currently being planned for publishing in 2011, and this is intended to act as the catalyst for further connect activities for the years ahead.
